416 JK Bank Associate Executives promoted

KT NEWS SERVICE Srinagar, July 10: J&K Bank today promoted 416 Associate Executives to Executives cadre.

The interviews for these promotions were conducted last month.

These promotions are a part of Naya Subha initiative launched by Bank on April 1, 2007, wherein various measures have been outlined to achieve satisfaction of the employees.

During the past two years, J&K Bank initiated a number of measures to restructure and redesign strategies vis-…-vis business, Human Resources and other subsidiary and allied activities of the bank.

As a part of realignment of the business strategy, the bank is giving a new dimension to its workforce, so that they are able to meet the new challenges in a professional way.
