BKNSC to hold dangal on Nov 11

KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, Oct 31: Baba Kailakh Nath Sports Club (BKNSC) is now hosting the traditional Indian style dangal on November 11 in place of November 4 at Bawa Kailash Nath Sports club, Thathar here .

In the day long dangal, wrestlers drawn from with in as well as outside the state will be seen in action.

Moreover, interested wrestlers desired to participate in the dangal dan also contact RP Sharma.

The main bout winners would be given Rs21,000, besidesm first mali, while the winners of second and third main bout would get Rs15,000 and Rs11,000 respectively.

C K Naidu U-22 trophy: J&K piled up 372 against HP 102 for 7 KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, Oct 31 : A ton by Manish Dogra and five wickets by Zahoor Sofi put Jammu & Kashmir in a commendable position against Himachal Pradesh on the second day of the four-day match in C K Naidu under-22 cricket tournament played at Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket stadium in Srinagar today.

Resuming at overnight score of 224 for 4, the hosts were all out for 372.

Two overnight batsman Manish Dogra playing on 95 completed his century before he fell on 168.

Another not out batsman Ubaid Ahmed scores 64.

For Himachal Pradesh, Rishi Dawan, took six wickets.

In reply, Himachal Pradesh (HP) suffered early set backs no and were 02 for seven at stumps.

Barun Sharma was the only batsman to play some good shots before being out on 44.
