EC orders repolling in 660 polling booths in Bihar

New Delhi, Feb 6 (UNI): The Election Commission today ordered repolling in 660 polling stations of Gaya, Jehanabad, Bhojpur and Newada districts of Bihar tomorrow, where elections were held on February three.

The Commission also ordered repolling in nine polling booths of Girdhia district of Jharkhand.

These would also take place tomorrow.

Repolling will be held in six polling booths in three Assembly consitutencies of Haryana on February 23.

The Commission has so far ordered repolling in 1,098 polling booths of Bihar, Jharkhand and Haryana.

Polling in the first phase was held on February three for all the 90 Assembly seats in Haryana, 64 in Bihar and 24 Assembly seats in Jharkhand.

Elections to the remaining Assembly seats in Bihar and Jharkhand would be held on February 14 and 23.
