Eleven Star enters final of Veteran Hot shot tourney
KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, Mar 3: Kamal Sharma's superb bowling helped Eleven Star to reach in final of Veteran Hot Shot Cricket tournament being played at GGM Science College Grounds.
At GGM Science College Grounds today, Eleven Star won toss and opted to bat first had scored 150 runs in allotted 25 overs match after losing four wickets.
Satwinder Singh made 35 off 53.
Sandeep Jalali played fine knock of 49 off 47 with the help of four boundaries.
Shougal was batting on 25 at the end of the match.
From Evershine Club Parveen Mehra and Hardeep Singh and Bansi Lal shared one wicket each Chasing the required 151 runs for victory, Evershine was bundled out on 111 runs Rakesh (16) and Sham Lal (13) and Rajinder (30) were the main scorers of the team.
For Eleven Star Club, Ajit Singh took three wickets for 28.
Kamal Sharma, who claimed four wickets for 22 was the most successful bowlers of the team.
Dharvinder and Farooq got one wicket each.
Eleven Star club won the match by 39 runs by defeating Ever shine Club in the semifinal match.
