Engineers list demands

KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, July 23: All J&K Mechanical Engineers Association demanded the enhancement of entry level grade of the Junior Engineer to the scale of Rs 6700-10,700.

As per a press release, the meeting was organised under the leadership of its president R K Kohli, who highlighted the issues concerned with the creation of two posts of chief engineer mechanical in Hydraulic wing and creation of mechanical divisions along with sub-divisions in the newly created districts of the state.

He again demanded the regularization of all engineers.

They appealed the Governor N N Vohra to consider their demands.
