Killings in J&K conspired by Centre

KT NEWS SERVICE SRINAGAR, Feb 18: The chairman of Hurriet Conference (G) has said that the killings of Kashmiri people are a part of the conspiracy which has been hatched some time back by the government of India.

He said this while addressing people at Narbal who had assembled to mourn the death of a woman killed after being beaten by the police.

The chairman of the conglomerate accused the police personnel of the Parimpora police station of creating havoc among the people who had assembled to protest the killing of a civilian at Narbal.

Geelani added that it has been due to the grace of God that the Hurriet leaders have been saved from the clutches of death as they were attacked by the police personnel while proceeding towards Narbal.
