PWG naxalites blast milk plant owned by Naidus kin
HYDERABAD, Nov 30 (UNI): Naxalites of the banned Peoples War Group (PWG) went on a rampage in Andhra Pradesh, blasting a milk plant belonging to the family members of chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu and a granite factory owned by union minister of state for defence Krishnam Raju in separate incidents last night.
Six armed naxalites, clad in olive green uniform went to the milk chilling unit of heritage foods at piler in Chittoor district, asked the employees to move out, fixed gelatine filled buckets and blew up the plant.
The extent of the damage was not immediately known.
In the other incident, armed PWG naxals went to the granite factory in Ramanthapur village in Medak district and blew it up using gelatine sticks in the generator room.
In yet another incident in the same district, the extremists blew up a coffee processing plant of the Tata at Thoopran.
They also went to the farm house of former chief of air staff La-Fontaine and snatched away a pistol from the former air chief.
