Sikh bodies hail PM's victory

KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, July 23: Various Sikh organizations today celebrated victory of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the trust vote in the Parliament of India.

As per a press release, the jubilant people took out a rally at Digiana Ashram in Nanak Nagar.

MLA Gandhi Nagar Raman Bhalla said that the nuclear deal would help in removing power crisis in the country.

He added claimed that industries of the country would progress and prices would also come down.

Later, he thanked the Parliamentarians for their support o the Congress led UPA government.

Those who were present on the occasion included Satinder Pal Singh, Mohinder Singh, Jarjit Singh Kartar, Paramjit Singh, Narbir Singh, Gajan Singh, Kultar Singh, Rajinder Singh, Mandeep Singh.

Meanwhile, chairman of the International Sikh Awareness Front Sarpal Singh Pali also celebrated the UPA government victory Manmohan Singh.

In Pali thanked the president of National Conference (NC) Omar Abdullah for his timely support to the Prime Minster in the yesterday's vote of confidence.
