Support for striking clerks

KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, May 14: College Non Teaching Association has extended support to the agitating clerks in their pen down strike.

The clerks of various government departments continue to sit on strike in support of their demands to removal pay anomalies.

Business body expresses concern over withdrawal of incentives KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, May 14: Northern India Chamber of Commerce expressed concern over the withdrawal of central excise package which creates hurdles for the outsiders of state who set up their establishments in the state.

In a meeting members of the Industry appealed to Chief Minster Ghulam Nabi Azad to intervene in the matter and solved the matter at an earliest.

They also requested to central and state government to withdraw the notification or to waive off the loan and interest taken by them from the banks.
