Vajpayee, Jaya 'unprincipled,' says Kamal Nath

CHENNAI, Feb 2 (UNI) AICC general secretary Kamal Nath today strongly criticised prime minister AB Vajpayee and AIADMK supremo and Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa as 'unprincipled'.

Talking to newspersons after wrapping up the hitch-ridden seat sharing process with the DMK here, he observed that it was unfortunate that the BJP leaders had termed the DMK-Congress alliance as opportunistic and unprincipled.

"It is the revival of the alliance between the BJP and AIADMK which is unprincipled.

How can Vajpayee forge an alliance again with Jayalalithaa who had toppled his government in 1999 and forced another election on the people," he asked.
