Youth sustain burns

KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, Apr 23: A youth sustained burns under suspicious circumstances at his residence in Ganeshu Chak area last night.

The victim has been identified as Kulbir Raj, 23, son of Rishi pal of Ganeshu Chak.

He was shifted to the GMC hospital for treatment.
