NEW DELHI, Jun 20 (UNI) Alleging that it was the 'anti-BJPism' that was the binding factor for the the UPA, the BJP today accused the coalition of challenging even the decisions of the courts to pursue political agenda.
Accusing the government of placating the left parties by assuring to move the court on the POTA cases in Gujarat, BJP Spokesman Prakash Javadekar said the Gujarat High Court had stayed the orders of the POTA review commission, stating that its orders were administrative in nature and these opinions should come from the state counsel.
He said by promising to take on the judicial process to keep its parties, which were holding each other's throats on other issues, together, the UPA was trying to bind them with a promise to challenge the court's orders.
