Arrested DFO seeks bail SRINAGAR, Dec 9 (JNF) : Special Judge Anti-corruption Srinagar Suresh Sharma today on the application of Vigilance Organization has granted five days police remand against Hakim Mukhtar Ahmed the then Incharge Range Officer in forest division Handwara.
Meanwhile the arrested Range Officer filed application for grant of bail.
Upon this the Court directed Vigilance Organization Kashmir to file objections and submit detailed report.
It is worthwhile to mention here during the search, the Vigilance Organization found assets immovable and movable to the tune of Crores of Rupees disproportionate to his known source of income.
