PATNA, Feb 17 (UNI): The final phase of assembly elections in Bihar for 93 seats on February 23 is crucial for Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) with the fate of Chief Minister Rabri Devi and 13 other ministers of her cabinet at stake.
The credibility of the Rabri Devi government and political acumen of RJD chief Lalu Prasad will be put on test.
The elections will also be a sort of mandate on the performance of six cabinet ministers and seven ministers of state in Rabri Devi ministry since all of them were seeking re-election from the respective constituencies.
