Governor and Chief Minister individually met every award winner and felicitated them for the honour conferred to them.
In all, 150 personnel of various services participated in the get-together which included awardees from army, BSF, JKP, CRPF, Civil Defence, Fire and Emergency Services besides distinguished persons from art, music and sports.
