KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, Nov 24: The five-day ninth session of the 10th state legislative assembly beginning December 22 here will be a special session during which only important government business will be taken up.
State Legislative Assembly Speaker Tarachand while talking to scribes here today said, "the special session from December 22 to December 28 will take up only important government business and no Question Hour, Calling Attention Motion and Private Members' Bill etc will figure during the ninth session of the 10th state legislative assembly".
According to sources during the five day session Anti-Defection Law and 97th amendment of Indian Constitution restricting size of the state cabinet to 15 percent of the state legislature will figure under the government business",
