KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, Apr 16: The executive committee meeting of J&K Awami Tehreek was held under the chairmanship of Mohammed Altaf Dar, the president of the party, wherein Vijay Chiken said in the meeting that the solution of the inclusive Kashmir issue can only be achieved successfully by an dialogue.
He added that it was highly important that every body who is interested in peace, prosparity and progress of the state would need to fully cooperate and join the peace process without any reservations.
Dar expressed his concern over the refusal of Hurriyat Conference to participate in the 3rd Round Table Conference to be held at New Delhi on April 24.
He further said that Hurriyat Conference participated in all the close-door deliberations both with Indian leaders and with Pakistani leaders and at this state it was highly unfortunate that they decided not to participate in the coming Round Table conference, where they are supposed to express their views in open.
A fervent appeal was made to the leaders of Hurriyat Conference to participate with an open mind in the coming Round Table conference.
Dar not only appealed to Hurriyat leaders but to all other separatist leaders to participate in the Round Table conference to prove that they want peace and prosperity for the people of J&K state.
