KT NEWS SERVICE SRINAGAR, Feb 18: The University of Kashmir declared the result of BA., B.SC., B.COM.
Ist year annual examination held in October- November 2003.
Of 18267 students who appeared in the examination 7612 candidates were declared successful there by making the over all pass percentage to modest 45%.
There were 4777 from the faculty of science, 12286 from arts, 1113 from commerce and 91 from home science.
Of them 2611 from science, 4501 from arts, 441 from commerce and 59 from home science passed the examination.
The list of faculty-wise pass percentage is topped by the faculty of Home Science (64%) followed Science (61%), Commerce(45%) and Arts (39%).
As per the result gazette 127 candidates have resorted to unfiar means.
