KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, Dec 15: Bal Krishan Nagar, a multiple literary, social and cultural activist of state was honoured by Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) The Art Foundation at K.L Sehgal Hall, Abhinav Theatre here today.
Former Director General Culture, M.Y Taing was the chief guest on the occasion whereas eminent contemporary writers like Dr.
Anand Lehar, Prof.
Davinder Singh were the special guests on the occasion.
Bal Krishan Nagar was felicitated and honoured by presenting upon him the highest Sansatha Award, "Sansatha Samman-2007" a citation and a Shawl.
Dogra Harish Kaila-the President Nami Dogri Sansatha- The Art Foundation also shared the dias.
Bishan Singh Dardi, Vice President, Nami Dogri Sanstha-The Art Foundation, branch Samba read a paper on Bal Krishan Nagar.
