KT NEWS SERVICE SRINAGAR, Apr 2: National Conference President Omar Abdullah today visited the residence of slain Congress leader Jan Mohammad Kakroo who was killed by some armed persons yesterday at Baramulla.
Omar expressed shock over the death of Congress leader and conveyed his deep sympathy with the bereaved family.
In a statement, a spokesman of the party said that Omar accompanied by senior party leaders Ali Mohammad Sagar and Nasir Sogami visited the residence of Kakroo and expressed their deep shock and dismay over the killing of Congress leader.
He added that the party leaders conveyed their deep sympathy with the bereaved family and prayed for the eternal peace of departed soul.
