KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, Feb 17 : Speaker Tara Chand today announced two panels for adjudging the best legislator for the current year and best media persons covering legislative proceedings in Jammu during 2004.
While Justice R P Seth would head the 4-member committee to select the best legislator, ex-speakers of the legislative assembly Ali Mohammad Naik and Choudhry Mohammad Aslam besides M K Bungroo, bureau chief PTI would be its members.
The press award committee for Jammu province for the year 2004 would have M Y Tarigami as its chairman and Mohammad Dilawar Mir, Prem Sagar Aziz, Sonam Wanchuk Narboo, Peer Mohammad Hussain and Dr Manohar Lal Sharma, all MLAs as members.
