KT NEWS SERVICE SRINAGAR, Feb 16: Nine activists including the chairman of Peoples League were arrested today as they were carrying out a protest demonstration against the human rights abuses in the state.
According to KNS, the protestors were marching towards the office of UNMOGIP but were stopped by the police on exchange road and nine activists including the acting chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Sofi were arrested.
