Rahul Dravid, Murali Kartik visit Buddhist monastery

Rawalpindi, Mar.

15 (NNN): Taking a day off from the game Indian vice-captain Rahul Dravid and left arm spinner Murali Kartik found their own way of unwinding _ by visiting the Buddhist monastery in Taxila, located about 40 kms from Islamabad.

After their sensational five-run victory against Pakistan at Karachi, the two players ventured out of their hotel rooms to the Buddhist pilgrimage centre, in the afternoon while most of their teammates preferred to confine themselves to the comfort of the hotel.

Before going out on the sight-seeing trip Dravid and Kartik took the necessary permission from the team management.

Security arrangements were made for the two as they drove down to Taxila.
