Islam, Jehad and Terrorism have become ubiquitous these days evoking very strong and diverse reactions among people.
The other day I was taken aback by Shahi Imam's reaction to Shabana's suggestion that he himself would take the lead and devote his life to Jehad in Afghanistan rather that preaching it to muslims around the country.
The word "Jehad" which has struck the imagination of young and old muslims alike is basically a Quaranic term used exclusively for a struggle or war like action for a holy cause.
