KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, July 23 : District Magistrate Mandeep K Bhandari in exercise of powers vested upon him under section 144 Cr.
PC has ordered that no un-authorized person shall procure/purchase/store/stitch and sale army combat dress/cloth/readymade combat dress.
All authorized person/private firms/shops dealing in such articles shall immediately inform in writing to the nearest police station, the fact of their carrying on of this occupation.
The time limit for informing the nearest police station shall be seven days.
This order shall remain force for the period of two months from July 23, 2008 in super session of all previous orders issued on the subject.
