KT NEWS SERVICE SRINAGAR, Jan 22: Muslim League (ML) chairman Masart Alam Bhat today said that Kashmiris have not offered sacrifices for any power gains instead they have given their lives for achieving the right to self-determination.
Bhat was addressing League's general council today.
"We have offered sacrifices to achieve right to self determination and we want an end to the illegal occupation on this land," ML chairman said.
In a veiled reference to the Hurriyat (A) faction Bhat observed that the ML would not allow anybody to bargain on the sacrifices of Kashmiris.
"Those who have advised the militants to shun the gun are claiming the representative character on their shoulders," Bhat remarked.
