KT NEWS SERVICE BHADERWAH, Nov 7: Shabnam stood first in 100 meters race in the Women Sports Festival of Block Bhaderwah organized by J&K State Sports Council here today.
Arti secured second place in 100 meters race while Nitu finished third.
In 200 meters event, Ganesha was first while Rabia Tabassum and Salma remained second and third respectively.
In shot put, Sonika Manhas bagged first position, followed by Sharda Devi, second and Ikra, third.
Kho-Kho trophy went to Government Girls High School Nichla Thara, who beat Government Girls Higher Secondary School Bhaderwah in the final.
In Kabaddi, Girls Higher Secondary School Bhaderwah clinched the title beating Bhartiya Vidya Mandir.
Zonal Physical Officer, Zakir Hussain was chief guest in the sports meet, who distributed prizes among the winners of different sports events.
