KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, Aug 17: Residents of Ratnal village in Bishnah Tehsil lodged a complaint against the driver of Minister of State (MOS) for creating nuisance in the area.
The villagers alleged that the driver identified as Mangleshwar Singh Charak, son of Surinder Mihan Charak resident of village Alla in Bishnah was creating nuisance in the Ratnal area since last few days.
They maintained that the driver use to drove the vehicle bearing registration number JK02D-4808 carrying Red light to the area and create nuisance there.
The complainants further alleged that the driver manhandled two locals Raj Kumar and Vipen Kumar and threatened the villagers with dire consequences.
Confirming that a complaint has been lodged by at least twenty villagers, a senior police officer said that investigations are being carried out by the concerned Station House Officer (SHO).
The concerned minister was not available for comments.
