AH deptt. employees raise demands

KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, Aug 22: The newly elected president of the 'Animal Husbandry Employees' today demanded the left over anomalies in the pay scale of the attendants be removed.

The demand was raised in a meeting in Bhaderwah where members demanded upgradation of pay scale and nomenclature of the field staff be changed.

Lone also restructured their body with two central offices one each at Tallab Tillo, Jammu and Gow Kadak, Srinagar.

Mohammed Saleem Shah was elected as state general secretary, senior vice president Haji.

Mohammed Amin Parry, Yash Pal Singh from Jammu and Hilal Ahmed Mire from Kashmir as vice presidents, Sham Prashad and Ghulam Mohammed Haroon as joint secretaries, Syed Fayaz Ahmed from Anantnag and Rattan Lal Upadhya from Jammu as publicity secretaries, Aziz-u-Din from Poonch as chief organisor and Ghulam Nabi Shah from Kupwara as organisor besides Ghulam Rasool Sheikh of Ganderbal and K K Rana from Jammu as treasurers.
