KT NEWS SERVICE JAMMU, Nov 7: Delhi Public School has conducted investure ceremony on the basis of election cum selection method.
Every year the school council is elected for maintaining discipline and carrying out co-curricular activities in the institution.
The ceremony was presided over by SS Sodhi, Founder member and Director DPS Jammu .
Rohini Aima headmistress , Birwal and Malhotra were the also present in the function.
Anuj Suri and Aditi Aggarwal were elected as the head boys and head girls respectively.
Badges and sashes were handed over to them by SS Sodhi.
Shivangi Vaid and Angad Singh Dua will be activity and vice activity captain, Veerta Singh Salathia and Shivang Dubey named as sports captain and vice captain, Yawar Bashir and Paras Kapoor elected as Chenab House captain and vice captain.
Besides Sahil Kishore Sharma and Udit Sharma (Captain and vice captain of Ganga House), Digvijay Sharma and Abhishek Gupta (Jehlum house captain and vice captain), Ayush Kalra and Soorab Seagh Dutta (Tawi House captain and vice captain) and Ishan Ahmed and Digvijay Singh (Yammuna House captain and vice captain) were also elected to head their respective houses.
