KT NEWS SERVICE POONCH, Sep 16: Reacting to the complaints from the public especially the ITI aspirants about selection process for undergoing training in various ITIs of district Poonch, the District Development Commissioner, Poonch Mohammad Afzal asked the Additional District Development Commissioner, Poonch Dr.
Rattan Lal to conduct an enquiry into the alleged misgivings selection process followed for ITI Poonch in first phase and furnish the report within five days.
Accordingly, the ADC has in the first instance seized the in the records pertaining to selection procedure followed for candidates whose undergo training in ITI Poonch yesterday.
Enquiry into the matter has been started to ascertain whether the selection process have been made in accordance with the notification and guideline envisaged in the boucher for selection of candidates for advertised trades.
In another instance, Sarfraz Ahmed S/o Mohd Shabir R/o Kanuyian, tehsil Haveli Poonch has represented to DC Poonch that he was blessed with a baby in District Hospital Poonch on who was not properly attended by the doctors/ staff on duty who subsequently asked him to shift the baby to Jammu without any provision of health care during the transit from Poonch to Jammu.
He said that his newly born baby expired due to the gross negligence of Health staff on duty in District Hospital Poonch and demanded enquiry into the matter.
The District Magistrate, Poonch asked the ADDC Dr.
Rattan Lal to conduct a discrete enquiry into the matter with co-operation of a Medical officer with the integrity not posted in district Poonch and furnish report to him within 15 days.
The enquiry has been started and defaulter if any shall be put to task.
