Kambli on road to recovery from dengue fever

MUMBAI, Dec 4 (UNI): Former Indian Test cricketer Vinod Kambli, who has been diagnosed with dengue fever and was admitted to the Nanavati Hospital here, is on the road to recovery.

Dr Mohan Desai of Nanavati Hospital who is attending on him said that the Mumbai Ranji Trophy player has been reacting positively to the drugs and is becoming better everyday.

"He should recover in the next couple of weeks".

Kambli, who has already missed the Ranji game against Andhra and will also be missing the next one against Bengal which began in Kolkata today, will, however, not be discharged from the hospital till he is fully cured.
