MARGAO, Feb 20 (Agencies) : Haywards 2000 Sporting Club will lock horns with Vasco Sports Club at Nehru Stadium here in the second leg of the National Football League (NFL), which begins from tomorrow at three different venue.
Both the teams have 15 points each at the end of first leg.
Haywards are topping the chart with 22 points, one point above defending champion East Bengal.
With keeper Felix D'souza and Luis Barreto injured, Haywards have recruited Dipankar Choudhary and Sarsraz Ansari.
Haywards, who have been pontent in the strike force along with East Bengal scoring 17 goals each, will once again depend on their Nigerian pair Abdul Lateef Seriki and Dudu Omagbemi.
Omagbemi has been their main goal getter.
With Alvito Rodrigues back in the team after recovering from injury, Hayward have a choice in the upfront.
"The break has helped our boys to recover fully from injury and we are looking for a positive start.
We will continue out attacking game and hopfully collect full points", Vasco technical director Peter Valles said.
Vasco on the other hand have played too many draws which have placed them in the lower rug.
They will be looking to their Brazilian striking duo Marcos Pereeira and Tochukuwu Amaechi for collecting full points.
Marcos, who was largely responsible for taking his team in the first four place last year, is still to find the form.
"We need to improve our position with regular victories.
The break will be a good opportunity to rectify our grey area," asserted Vasco coach Derick Pereira.
